Our Brisbane event photography packages are designed to keep things simple and flexible, making it easy to choose the right coverage for your event.
Each package includes professional event photography, carefully edited high-resolution images, and delivery through a private online gallery. Your photos are ready to download, share, and use however you need, whether for personal memories or professional purposes.
From smaller gatherings to larger events, the focus is on capturing genuine moments, natural interactions, and the overall atmosphere as it unfolds, while working quietly in the background so you can enjoy the event.

Booking is simple! Once you’ve chosen the package that best suits you, just get in touch and I’ll send over a contract along with the booking details.
To secure your date, a deposit is required. This is typically 50% for most bookings, while weddings only require a 30% deposit.
*Refundable if canceled at least two weeks in advance.
Delivery times vary depending on the package you choose. Each package includes a clear turnaround time. From sneak peeks delivered within 24–48 hours, to full galleries ready within 5 to 15 days. You’ll find exact delivery timelines listed under each package on the pricing section.
After your gallery is delivered, you’ll be able to view all your edited high-resolution images in a private, online gallery. From there, you can easily mark your favourites for printing, downloading, or album creation.
If your package includes a photobook, I’ll guide you through selecting your favourite images. If you prefer, I can pre-design the first draft based on storytelling flow, and you can review and swap any images before it goes to print.
There is a variety of stunning scenery around Brisbane and Gold Coast to choose from, including parks, beaches, gardens, and waterfalls. After booking your session, we can choose the location together. You can also send me references and inspiration, and I’ll create a mood board for us to start from there!
Within a 25km radius of the Brisbane CBD, there is no additional travel fee. However, for locations outside this radius, a travel fee will be calculated based on the distance.
I accept bank transfers for all bookings and payments. Once you’re ready to secure your date, I’ll send over an invoice with bank details and payment instructions.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm most bookings. For weddings, the deposit is 30%, with the remaining balance due prior to the event.
